If you tuned in to AR you got to see this car being constructed. If not you can go to Eastwood.com, click on the Blog button and see everything I did to this car. If that doesn't interest you, the car itself should. Where else are you going to find a 'one of a kind' rod like this? Let's get real here. I go to car shows. I see the cookie cutter rods all lined up in a neat row. If it weren't for the numbers the car shows stick on the windshild I wouldn't know one car from the next. Who wants a car like that? Not me! I want one that stands out!!!!!

THEN THERE'S THE BOOK - PROJECT STREET ROD
PUBLISHED BY BOWTIE PRESS, PROJECT STREET ROD FOLLOWS THE BUILD OF THIS CAR FROM START TO FINISH. SOME PEOPLE END UP WITH A FEW BEFORE AND AFTER SNAPSHOTS OF THEIR ROD. IF YOU PURCHASE THE '46 I'LL AUTOGRAPH A COPY OF THE BOOK FOR YOU.
How Much?
Someone is going to get a great deal.
I had so many great companies kick in parts and supplies for the build of this ride that I can pass along some huge savings to whoever purchases the car.
The price is $35,000.00
If that's not a great deal then I don't know great deals when I see them!!!!!!!!!!
Try to purchase a quality ride like this for less! Can't be done!!!!!!!
You can bring a trailer, or have the car shipped. I wouldn't hesitate for a moment to drive this car anywhere, but we know the condition of the roads and I would hate to see the car all chipped up on its maiden voyage.
My recommendation for shipping is:
AA Automovers - 877-744-7489
DAS - 800-828-1790
Direct Express - 800-600-3750
Passport - 314-878-5777
Reliable - 734-453-6677
Definitely there are other great shippers out there so if you know of a good one I will be happy to work with any of them.
PAYMENT - I must have 10% of the agreed upon price down.
Balance is due before the car leaves the shop.
Due to the nature and type of the car this vehicle will be sold in an AS IS condition.

Q. Have you driven the car much since completing it?
A. The car has about 600 miles on it as of 11-18-09.
Q. Have you entered the car into any shows?
A. No. You have to understand the local good old boy network here in Big A doesn't allow for anything exciting to mess up their precious car shows.
Q. How does the car drive?
A. I cruised it for about 2 hours one afternoon. Drives nice.
